Individual Therapy

Therapy is a process. For most clients, it takes some time to move through any resistance to therapy. We want to ensure that you get the time you need in therapy to really experience the change you’re looking for. We offer a 3 Session Start Up package for new clients only, giving you the space to begin embracing the therapy process.

Couples Therapy

Research shows that on average, couples need about five sessions to experience meaningful changes and improvements in their relationship. For this reason, we offer a 5 Session Couples Therapy Package. Our solution-focused approach centers on identifying your relationship’s strengths and creating actionable solutions to address challenges. Rather than dwelling on past conflicts, we work together to set clear, achievable goals and develop strategies that foster healthier communication, deeper connection, and mutual respect so you can experience positive change and lasting improvement in your relationship.

Single Couples Therapy Session: $600 TTD / $165 USD

5 Session Couples Therapy Package: $3000 TTD / $750 USD

How many therapy sessions will I need?

Your time in therapy depends on your goals. If you’re looking for support overcoming a particular issue in your life e.g. a breakup or a challenging transition, I would recommend just as many sessions as you need until you start to feel more balanced or your symptoms have reduced. On average, this can be anywhere from 3 to 6 sessions.

If your goal is to move past crippling anxiety and depression or shift from patterns of negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, overthinking etc. and live a happier, more fulfilled, thriving life, longer term therapy is necessary. Most clients are able to reach these goals with 12 or more sessions.

Some clients stay in therapy for years as needed. My goal however, is to empower you with the tools to develop healthier thoughts and behaviours to cope with life’s challenges even after therapy has ended.

You can always return to therapy in future where extra support might be needed.

Couples Therapy often requires more ongoing support. The length of therapy treatment depends on the severity of the issues. Most couples are able to see quality results between 5 to 8 sessions.

Thriving Life Therapy Practice operates as a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly.

While we do not accept insurance, we can provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm your benefits.
