Hi I’m Nadiège

For the past 12 years, I have provided counseling, psycho-education and mentoring for adolescents, adults and families. This coupled with my MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family have allowed me to help women and teenaged girls regain control and step out from under the heaviness of anxiety, depression and emotional distress.

My experiences as a national and collegiate athlete, mentor, wife, mother and friend have shown me that women are strong and resilient and with the right support can charter their own destinies.

Therapy with me is about helping you build your strengths, achieve your goals and improve your overall wellbeing. My heart is also in helping overwhelmed moms develop the tools and strategies to effectively practice self-care, establish healthy boundaries and strengthen relationships.

I take a collaborative and integrative approach to helping you achieve your goals, tailoring therapy and coaching to meet your needs.

I am also trained in crisis intervention and certified as a Youth Mental Health First Aider.

Earlier this year, I was fortunate to be referred to Nadiège for individual therapy, after I recognized I needed professional support navigating some mental health challenges I had been battling for most of 2021.


Nadiege helped me to identify and accept the truly unhealthy relationship I had developed with work, and gave me the encouragement I needed to employ tools and actions I already knew would be helpful to alleviate some of my stress.
She asked the right questions, made me reconsider certain beliefs and behaviours I had come to accept as "normal" for myself, when in reality, they were harming me. She gave me room to be kind to myself, something I didn't realise I had stopped doing for some time now.
Nadiege convinced me it was okay to prioritise myself and my needs, and empowered me to make choices that terrified me even though I knew they were the right choices to make.
