Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one collaborative process where we explore your beliefs, emotions and behaviours in a safe, caring and comfortable environment. Together we work towards helping you become more self-aware, better understand your thought and behavioural patterns, build on your strengths, and develop healthy coping strategies to promote healing and growth. Individual therapy can be held online, via walk and talk therapy or in office.
