Hi I’m Nadiège,

Counseling Psychologist, wellness educator, and passionate advocate for emotional wellbeing. I help individuals navigate anxiety, burnout, and life transitions through compassionate, evidence-based therapy that blends CBT and nervous system support. My goal is always to help people feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves.

I also work with companies to create healthier, more resilient teams through tailored wellness workshops that focus on stress recovery, emotional regulation, and workplace wellbeing—because when people feel well, they work well.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing should be accessible and that real change starts with feeling seen and supported.
